1) Orders and availability
Product availability, dimensions, species, moisture, and quantities may vary. An order is confirmed only after Chris's Wood Shack accepts the request and confirms the details.
2) Pricing and payment
Prices, delivery charges, and payment instructions are provided with the confirmed order or quote. Payment-provider terms may also apply.
3) Pickup and delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and safe, accessible placement conditions. Delivery timing may change because of weather, road conditions, product availability, or access restrictions.
4) Wood use and safety
Customers are responsible for using, storing, seasoning, and burning wood safely and in accordance with local rules, manufacturer guidance, and applicable fire regulations.
5) Changes and cancellations
Contact us promptly about changes or cancellations. A confirmed order may be subject to costs already incurred for preparation, loading, or delivery.
6) Communications
By submitting a request, you agree that Chris's Wood Shack may contact you about availability, quotes, orders, pickup, delivery, and support.
7) Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable local law where the sale or delivery occurs.
